The Cloud-based Website Content Management System (CMS) is a centrally coordinated solution for departments to set up websites quickly even with little website design and web administration knowledge.

Easy to Use

The solution, powered by Wix, provides over 500 professional templates and over 250 add-on features for departments to design their websites. Setup is easy with only basic administrative knowledge needed and is mobile friendly. This cloud-based solution also frees the hassle of system setup and maintenance.

Cost-Effective

Each department can build up to three websites using the service. Additional websites can be requested at an annual charge of HK$600 each.

 

Rollout and Training

The new service is now available for use by departments. Application can be submitted via CF83.

Department representatives are welcome to join one of the hands-on training sessions to learn how to set up websites using Wix. Details of the training sessions are accessible at http://www.its.hku.hk/SMARTER-IT#trainingsessions.
