Submit your case by completing the form below. Upon acceptance of the case by the SMARTER@HKU Programme Management Office, recognition will be made to the concerned colleagues or teams with ‘Thank-you’ letters from Executive Vice-President (Administration & Finance).

Please provide all necessary information in the form. Incomplete submissions will not be processed. 

By submitting your case, the contributing colleague and the colleagues / teams that are being recognised are agreeing to all the details contained in the case to be used by the University for communication purpose.
